Nice looking girl, lovely teeth and smile , obviously looks after herself, however in this case I think she needs to cut back on the banana milk shakes?
Or the hot curries? Or, just eat nothing for 12 hours before an event. Or, wear thicker knickers? Would have to be bomb proof though, which might restrict movement.
