A lot better than in Colin's and MM's teams.

Just checked the stats.

14 goals in 21 appearances for Hamburg. Okay it's in Bundesliga 2 where, perhaps the standard is not as high as the Championship, but still a good record.

He as an overall career record of a goal every 3 games.

Good luck to him. Wish we had a style suited to his game while he was with us. Clearly a footballer despite the opinions of some on here.......

Well said.
When with us, he pretty much epitomised how ineffective our style was and how it prohibited good footballers. I've no doubt that under the current regime, he'd have flourished and been far more clinical than certain strikers we've tried. I'm sure we'd have converted far more chances.
Hey ho. Another of those "if only" situations.
I hope he does well in his career.

The only issue now is if Morrison finds another player of that ilk and Tan won't stump up the cash.

I feel there will be another couple transfer windows needed with signings showing more success, as with the one just gone, before the purse strings loosen.

It's a good point but I believe that in Morison and the team around him, he maybe able to find some talent that would have been missed by the last two bosses, and talent that won't break the bank. We already know he has an eye for talent amongst younger players.
