    James Vaughan, did we sell too soon? would he have been a perfect third/ fourth choice striker this year? Scored again today and the 'udders fans reckon he is playing well.

    I liked him (he was the recipient of the only tweet I've ever sent! <laugh>), but he appeared to want away, so not much we could have done really.

    I swear our ex-strikers are just doing this to rub it in that we couldn't buy a goal today.

    Chris Brown is on a roll. He scored in the 2:2 draw at Wigan the other day. Good to see the old boys doing well. What it tells me is that they have found their level, which is what we all really knew anyway. The only one to whom that is possibly unfair is Vaughan. With him the question is whether he'll stay fit. And as gandy said, he never settled with us and wanted to be back north. <ok>

    I think the answer is self evident. The first player to score for seven PREMIERSHIP clubs.;

    I was meaning that we were a current premier league (it's no longer premiership) club that he had scored for in the past. That's why I was questioning which way round it was.

    Holt just put away a penalty today too. When we can't score, everyone who used to play for us can.

    In his four years with us, I can't recall him getting injured! Is that right?

    Wonder if we'll ever find out what happened with that? Shame McVeigh and Butler didn't ask him about that rather than stir **** about our current manager.

    I also don't remember him scoring for us in August so he seems to have come back from pre-season in better nick than he used to wih us <ok>
