The latest "revelation" about a consortium bid has yet again proved disruptive, this time to the actual talks, and angered GFH so much they withdrew their invite to Verity to join them in the Directors Box on Saturday. Now, as a Leeds supporter, this upsets me no end. Why? We don't know exactly what this consortium could bring to the table, maybe they can give McD £20m in January to strengthen, maybe they have a billionaire partner waiting in the wings to swoop in and bankroll the club. Yet because of your utterings to the press these talks are clearly on hold.
Please stop trying to sound as if you're connected ... YOU'RE CLEARLY NOT, otherwise GFH wouldn't have reacted so badly to this latest revelation!! If people feed you snippets, do your homework and some research and triple check your info before spouting off, it's embarrassing to LUST and hurting the club. Your intentions so far are at best murky, and you seem to be focused on creating instability ... why? What is your REAL agenda? And that's exactly the sort of response why people want you gone. Show some decorum, some tact, some diplomacy man. Calling a fellow Leeds fan a joke, a fan who has raised legitimate concerns and issues with you in a civilised manner, makes you no better than Bates calling Leeds fans morons.

LiE - the original message was loaded with uncivilised bias. On this forum, with a handful of people who are just out to hate and have no intention of listening or trying to find out the truth, and who load their questions and remarks with bile and abuse and assumptions of guilt and presumptions that they are right and LUST/GC is the devil, I am suprised at how measured BiG's responses are.

There have been a couple of posts from either side that have been OTT and whichever side of the fence you sit on needs looking at. We're all fairly sensible decent blokes on here and I'm sure you wouldn't want to be seen to be a on-line bully. Too many instances of that with the worst outcomes recently. So try and get a grip people. Its a forum and people have differing views, and I accept that LUST can be like a red rag to a bull, it aint WACCOE. I agreed that Steve Clay has done a couple of good things - but that appears to be because people don't know about the LUFC supporter liason who would deal with these issues personally.
