Everton's improvement since Moyes left is remarkable.

    who build that Everton defense?
poor Moyes inherited old and full injuries back 4 that we rarely played same back 4 in a consecutive match
but agree, they play better football, but Wigan did too before getting relegated

points wise, having only 3 points different make the improvement marginal point wise

are you referring to the first half of the season ? <laugh> man your team form dropped considerably with a small slice of UTD luck in injuries, since Xmas, you played 8 matches so far in PL, and took 11 points out of possible 24 without even meeting on of above big 4 teams, even UTD with their poor run by our standard we had collected 17 points since xmas, and we played Chelsea and Arsenal

Why now all of a sudden are injuries valid to you?, have you ever taken other clubs injuries into account?

Tobes was correct when posting Everton had played the teams you said they hadn't, and Utd's injuries had no bearing on Everton's results.
And by the way we beat them after Christmas.

Why is tiki taka football considered to be better than a more direct approach? Having watched a lot of football throughout my life, I have to say that I much prefer to watch football that is more direct, I hate watching sides that over play and hang on to possession. At the last World Cup Spain where probably the most boring side to ever win the WC, they just scored 1 and then passed the ball around the middle of the park for the rest of the game, rather than trying to score more.

Having watched Everton this season, I really don't see how they are more entertaining to watch, all they do is knock the ball around taking on very few risky passes, a little like Swansea do. Yes this style of football can be effective but it certainly isn't the most exciting to watch. End to end football is far more entertaining:biggrin:

We have only Just started getting back to full strength? Our Injury list has been fairly long we were playing John Stones at right back!!

You say that but you were probably one of the ones on the opening day of last season moaning how we were a hoofball team hoofing the ball to Fellaini all match when we won at Goodison probably less entertaining then eh??

injuries is due to luck and age .. but sure luck is a big factor
for age, I blame the board tbh bcz 3 of our main core back 4, vidic & Rio and evra are old and some passed it
worst when our DM is old too
so to blame Moyes is stupid

things got worst when Rooney and RVP were unfit and injured .. CITY struggled when missing Aguero or kompany .. so imagine the impact when UTD had our 2 main STs out or unfit and our back 4 keep getting injured and changing from one match to another.. imagine if Arsenal playing without their main 2 CBs or 2 CBs change from one match to another, we seen how they struggled when missed one of them

sure I blame Sir Alex too
    but blame the board more
Sir Alex didn't do some good signings to replace Vidic, Rio, carrick and evra, scholes and giggs and even when we had to splash money we spend it in near 30s attackers like Berb and RVP .. those all were short term solutions
is unbelievable we didn't go for best young players around, like when we used to sign Rooney or CR .. we were linked to Aguero & Silva and mata and hazard and many others and we let them go to our rivals, while we go for oldies or play giggs and scholes.. now tell me who to blame?

What don't you get shwan, clubs have had injuries during Utd's successful seasons, are you saying that Utd didn't deserve those successes based on your opponent's injury list or does the injury excuse only apply to Utd?

Sherger, United dont tika taka, never had. Good football for me is counter attacking football the like of which united are famous for or that bayern Munich used last year to great effect.

What we are producing now is nothing like that. Last season we were though.

I think people reckon that the moyes out lot base it on results but the truth is, its the performances. They are awful. No style, no idea, no clue.
