I don't always say we'll win but I did predict a tough game at Forest, said we'd get something at Old Trafford, said we'd lose the home game against Scum and predicted a loss on the very first page of this thread. Everton reacted to a poor showing at Liverpool. We will do the same next week at home to Southampton. I think we'll win and I think it will be by a couple of goals.
I wish I had your confidence. We raved over Skubala because we got a draw away to Manure but we were 2 up. Southampton have no manager and won away at Chelsea. No matter how bad Chelsea are they scored a free kick then kept a clean sheet. We can't do either, especially the free kicks. We laud Greenwood because he doesn't hit row Z but when you see Luke Shaw, for example, pinging it to the danger area all the time you wonder what we are doing in training. I watched the training vid where one player jumps on to a trampoline while another throws it to him. What an utter waste of ****ing time. Get Harrison around the box with a wall in front of him and tell him to keep kicking it until he hits 10 balls on the trot into the danger area! The other option is to cover ER in trampolines or just join the fkn circus
You’re not a happy bunny today are you mate? No reason to be I guess but you are particularly vocal today. I’m with you bud, very low right now
I've stayed away from the Skubala stuff as I was obviously wanting Jesse to stay for this season but it's clear that Skubs not up to it long term. The manager situation is a shambles but there are a few players there that won't be happy with that today. Im specifically talking about Ayling, Wober, Koch, Adams, McKennie and with Cooper likely to be fit next week theres another strong character. I expect a reaction next week and Southampton are poor. A big 3 points....but not enough to keep us up under the current manager. I actually think we'll hammer Southampton.
Personally, I'd put Greenwood on the pitch for 2 reasons - his set piece skills, & his ability to do a Batty on Ward-Prause (or however you spell it).
Definitely Dalglish and I will excuse the spelling, it’s not like you are Scottish or something is it?
I'd like to see Roca play. I think we'll have alot of possession and we need Roca to just keep us ticking over and would also release McKennie in to a more forward role. I'd kick Harrison to the bench as his form has gone again. McKennie would give us a more physical presence up the pitch.
I actually won the Premier League title with Leeds on my laptop. Gnonto was top scorer with 104 goals for the season. I remember thinking to myself - I have as such football league experience as Scubala.
Easiest 90 minutes Pickford has had all season, how anyone can defend that performance is beyond help you could have put dyche in the nets and the fat humpty Dumpty wouldn't have got his top dirty... meslier has a lot to digest with that gaff not an Everton player within yards and he's stood as if he's going to talk to an opposing penalty taker ....have we not learnt anything after last season, don't waste your time it's a resounding F.A. ....it's a heartache, nothing but an heartache
Think rocas injured. Your right though in that midfield 3 we would see him pinging the ball around like he does best. He was restricted with marsch and his tactics as everyone was so bunched together. Roca Adams Mckennie **** it. We need something to spark us
Just think if Marcelo was still in charge we may have gone down but would now be looking at a quick return to the Premier League with a vastly superior point’s difference With lessons learnt
Just to round off my perfect day, ****y cat has just puked on the landing Jan and the boys are away so sleeves rolled up and deal with it See you all tomorrow
Meal done. Having a few pints in Mullingar. Resigned to our relegation and was before todays game in fairness. Total rubbish
