Its only the last 2 season where he hasnt been able to spend much.
Plus id say other gems such as Steven Pienaar (2million), Tim Cahill (1.million) and Arteta (2million) show undeniably hes no mug when it comes to the transfer market.
My point was that members on here think he has spent a pittance, he hasnt, only in the last 2 years he has spent next to nothing. and getting 30+ million for Rooney helped. But I still dont think he will come.
