    Passion <laugh>

He hasn't said one thing that he could be passionate about. He's come on and had a go at me for no reason. Not my fault his toxteth smack dealer is out of stock.

He's a very angry little boy by the looks of it.

He looks like a less effective version of Mata. Not sure what Jose's thinking was on that one. All seems a bit muddled.

Pedro would have been a success under LvG. Jose's got him parking buses!

I may be a critic, but LvG has pulled a blinder here. He's managed to plant a player in the Chelsea side that he knew would flop and that he knew Mourhino would ruin

Anyway. I thought you were poor yesterday. You created virtually nothing in the entire game. Jose is going to have to roll his sleeves up to get you back on track.

yup, it can be done but har work needed.

the fact is we're very slowly getting better. better thann the city showing is not hard to achieve though. Even though maybe 9/11 men didnt turn up, we still played reasonably well for the majority of the game, but its mmoments like the 1st goal, where runners arent being tracked, and the midfield goes asleep that puts us into bother. after that for 10 mins we went into panic mode-then conceeded another.

we have to work on game management. thats the key. concentrating for 90 mins is vital. everton did that-thats why we were limited to half chances and 100000 corners. we didnt, which is why we lost 3-1.

what a lot of people are not mentioning is that the everton are a top team, who realistically should be pushing for 5th or so. theres no real shame in losing to them, but the manner in which we folded over that 10 minute spell in the first half, and subsequently couldnt respond is frustrating to say the least.

good thing we have a game coming fast against beatable opposition-we just need a run of results and im sure we'll be fine..

also oscar will be back and hopefully fabregas will be drropped for a bit.

its all going to bbe ok (he hopes)

    Honest post mate.

You've got too many good players for this not to be merely a blip, but you could well be out of the title race before he gets you back to your imperious best.

Our problem is centered around Fabregas. He is in dreadful form and has been since mid way through last season. Why we keep ****ing around with wingers and not getting in some seriously good midfielders is a mystery. I honestly think Jose is fixated with a system of play that has stood him in good stead in the past, but is now last years style. We just never address the positions where we are weakest because Joses style is not based around attack. That, and not developing decent back up players, has left us threadbare when even a couple of key players hit a bad patch of form. Pathetic vision and planning. Too much ego, not enough humility.

  10. I fear for you lot in Europe!

I'm talking about the Europa, of course, because no way will you get very far in the CL.

  12. As 'Pool found out last season, it's only great to be in the CL if you are playing at a level befitting of CL quality; otherwise, the experience is nothing more than an unremitting humiliation for the fans.
    <ok>

As I say, I fear for you boys, in the CL. If you continue to play like you have been playing, you are going to get humiliated by teams that, in past years, you sneered at. Like Everton, for example.

  16. Well, Ozzie, we're a mere point behind the Gooners, despite the fact that certain Gooners on here were, quite recently, creaming their pants that we'd had a dreadful start to the season.
