Kiss of death but I don’t think Slovakia are as good at the back as they are going forward, and England have been in dangerous positions multiple times and done nothing.

Us keeping possession means opposition aren't forced into any mistakes or fouls, ****ing run at them and get the ball in their box, they're going to slip up

I'd happily lose possession more in their half if it meant trying some penetrative passes.
But Mr. Safety's tactics over the last 3 knock-out tournaments has been to play like we're a weaker team in a 24 team league over a season.
Get Eze on for one. Gordon, Palmer and Watkins too, Kane doesn't look like scoring. Southgate needs to make quite a few changes, but I doubt he will. Foden is doing next to nothing. Everything stops up in terms of getting the ball forward when it 's sent to Trippier out left. He needs replacing, God knows who with. As it is he should get Rice off too, he adds to our ponderous play and now we need goals.
Yet no changes made!!!
