At last a knock out game. Forza Italia but the Swiss are all over them at the start.

1-0 Switzerland and well deserved. No sign that Italy have any answer to this….but they’ve been behind in every game so far.

Italy desperately need half time. Similar to how England need usually, Italy really should be changing their system or formation. Something has to change. There has to be a response from the manager.

If their manager (what's his name, Spaghetti?) is any better than ours, there'll be something different second half.
 
Is it me or is this ref always ready to blow the whistle and give the Swiss a free kick?
 
Lyndon Dykes did make it to the Euros! He borrowed Scamacca’s shirt and played for Italy. You could tell by the dirty neck and total lack of attacking threat.
 
Germany look up for it...... All over Denmark, goal disallowed and Schmeichel already had to make 3 decent saves.....
 
Having weathered the initial German onslaught, Denmark have grown into the game.....
