Aye they probably do but it won’t be up to them what they get. I will stick my neck out here and say if they get both there will be a complete boycott of football from that day onwards.

It will happen, I'm convinced of it.

It doesnt take much to put together 20 teams across Europe and the world that would jump at the money. Even ignoring the German clubs, although Red Bull would want in in my opinion.

FIFA back it and give the various affected football associations some cash and its away and racing.

LA Galaxy v Barcelona sponsored by Amazon

    Then tie of the round

Real Madrid v Man City Live from Hong Kong sponsored by Sony

People forget they have to convince their own fans first.

I get what your saying and I do agree that the champions league should just be for champions, but I think they changed a lot of the set up because of the standard of teams, I think the probably think having the top 3 or 4 teams from England, Spain, Germany, Italy will be more competitive than just the champions from each European league, this is why the likes of the Scottish champions actually have to go through qualifying rounds.
This way it gets rid of the poorest of the poor. Although it doesn't seem fair the powers that be don't care about being fair the want the teams that will create the largest viewing figures

The issue does stem from beyond football though.

If you think of Red Star or Steaua Bucharest winning Euro trophies, well they had all the best Yugo and Romanian players. That can’t happen nowadays as the countries are too poor. That part isn’t footballs fault sadly.

The bigger issue is trying to make it a boys club like American sports. I like American sports but it is incredibly predictable, generally.

The reason the US national team doesn’t step forward for me is the lack of promotion and relegation in the MLS. You need to be able to lose as much as you need to be able to win in football.

You've also got clubs like Ajax and Malmo though that are from quite rich countries but who won't reach the same heights they did because their leagues aren't strong enough anymore. With greater spread of Champions League money, the standards of those leagues might improve.

    This is just the beginning

    A world league will evolve
    Involving
    Europe
    USA
    SA
    Middle East
    Africa
    Far East.

Might not happen yet but when they get bored of the ESL somebody will begin the process

    Bound to happen, unfortunately

Thirty year ago Sky snatched footy from terrestrial television by encouraging The Premier League to split from the Football League

The ESL is history repeating itself with bigger players. Ultimately FIFA, UEFA and everything underneath are at risk of being swallowed up like the LGA was by LIV Golf

A lot of big clubs, almost all of the German ones, as well as Roma, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Man Utd, Valencia, Liverpool all rejecting the Super League according to Twitter.
Literally only Real Madrid fans on there who want it.

Not really a lot to reject yet apart from early concepts.

Give it time and once the money starts getting mentioned they will sharp back track

I still don’t understand what the problem is. Once they leave just keep the same European trophies going as if those teams never existed.
