If these clubs want to go and play in another league then no one should be trying to stop them. Just as long as they leave the one they're in as they do it.
It looks like the clubs that play in this will still play in the English Premier League, so its not that much of a bombshell. It shouldn't drastically change the English football landscape, other than allowing the clubs involved to become richer, so its not that bad. It would seem to make elite European competition a closed shop though. So that, ultimately, is a bad thing for football. Why can't they just leave it alone?
Said the very same last week , clearly want away and recently put forward plans to monopolise the premier league. Only reason in watch the premiere is for my super six and fantasy league.
Five years ago I probably knew the name of every player in each team now I know two or three in some teams and none in the others, hows bad's that for an X football fanatic.
