This conspiracy theory by some Liverpool fans is really sad as they are trying to justify their own poor performance by implication whenever they have a decision against them. They are really saying: we would have been in better position if the referees were not biased in favour of the big clubs

I think we should considering going back to having just the one camera at matches! All this whinging about referees is so ****ing annoying!!!!!

I find them approximately half as irritating as the double camera glory hunting day trippers.

 

I can only presume that by this you are having a dig at Man City?
Afterall they are the only team that seem to fair better with their PL results than their European results.

 

I am sure every country has its good refs and bad refs.

Italy must have some bad ones with them being the match fixing capitol of the world.

Different countries have different rules which can lead to inconsistency in European games. For example, in Spain it is a foul if a player raises their arms when jumping for a heading. In this country that is fine, as long as your not elbowing some one in the face or handling the ball. So an English player will get penalized by a Spanish ref for jumping with their arms up. That lead to Peter Crouch getting a hard time from foreign refs.
