now City did win the Welsh cup in 1933–34.

Given that we cant get past the 4th round of the FA Cup maybe playing in the Micky Mouse cup is our way to silverware and money in europe plus an away fixture to see city vs Barca in the champs league sounds nice.
 
the winners of the welsh fa cup be entered into the europa cup not champs league so barca will never be a fixture <ok>

if you went for it and won it then fair shout. you will end up with some austrian or bulgarian team but still europe though i suppose <ok>
