    Hope Everton get the final Europa League spot!! With the top 4 in the Champions League, the last European place should be available to the team finishing 6th, as the other will go to one of the FA Cup finalists.

    Talking of United possibly qualifying for the Europa, isn't that where AF started - with a Cup Winners Cup campaign by what was then a very poor United? Same scenario 20 odd years later!!

    I know that the Cup Winners Cup is now defunct - I was referring to the level of teams in that competition and most of those in the Europa League - most belonging in the second tier of Europe's finest.!! But technically your are correct!!
