    It might give them renewed confidence in their ability.
    A far more important factor than wimpy "tiredness", imo.

    I fear the same. In theory they have a big enough squad to cope with league and EL. Winning tonight gives them a boost, had they lost it would have been 2 on the bounce and demoralised further.

    Its a split decision on this one, could add tiredness but could be confidence, guess we'll have to wait and see

    I disagree with you on this very rare occasion. They were absolutely clueless and ****ing **** until that blend got sent off. If they analyse that game in the cold light of day, they'll be totally demoralised.

    well chelsea was ****e a lot of games when they scraped through and eventually won the cup, we have done the same, and utd have.

    does give you more belief than you think, just hope it doesn't effect the league, and just stays in the cup run if it has to.
