The £1.50 fee is admin to cover costs of them posting it to you I went there last December to renew my season tickets and when I was there they said that my tickets for Fulham away were there and they would give them to me instead of posting them. As soon as they were in my hand, all 4 of them I asked for the admin fees back. Their faces behind the counter were a picture !! I wouldn't leave until I had my £6 back because they knew they didn't have a leg to stand on
Bloody hell! That was harder than it should have been, had to set up a validate password for my card, buy my seat first - then go through the whole process again to get me brother's ticket. Had the whole guessing game about postcode - lower case? Upper case? Space? No space!! And don't know about the 'convenience payment' thinking of charging the club a bloody inconvenience payment - why do they make what should be so straightforward so bloody complicated?!!!!
I must be lucky, got mine no hassle logged in tick selection, purchase ticket done!! The longest bit for me was waiting for the banks validation.
