I'd suggest that somebody's ****ed up.
Hopefully it's somebody at the site and not Spurs.
 
We also sold Callum Tapping to Hearts for what it's worth... SORT IT OUT UEFA!
 
I've added this info to EL squad thread, but as this is pretty big news, I thought I'd start a thread on it too.

We only have 2 senior keepers in the squad, and clearly think it's best to rest VDV for the group stages at least.

Apparently him and Friedel could be reintroduced for the round of 32, if certain deadlines are met, etc.

I always found it ironic that such a lanky bloke should have the name "Crouch."
 
Surely Rose and Livermore don't need to be named as both English and under 21? Therefore strange that VDV is not included even if we don't intend to play him. Maybe the injury is worse than announced?
 
I'm still finding this very confusing: the squad on the UEFA squad page has Friedel and VdV in it. Adebayor, Parker and Falque have been added but it still has all the sold and loaned players. Whereas the one on the main Spurs page looks more accurate but I also agree with HD that Rose and Livermore should qualify as B players. Unless they don't pass the two continuous years of eligibility regulation as they have been loaned out?
 
I suspect another **** up.
Why would we take van der Vaart out?
He's already played and scored in the competition.

The B list players are also missing.
 
As I said on the other thread, it's probably just another balls up.
They've failed to include the B players, for a start.
 
So the thread I started that VDV and Friedel are not in the UEFA squad seems to be correct. Certainly VDV isn't in it, and isn't happy about not being consulted.
