    As Europe requires you to have 4 home produced players what’s everyone’s thoughts on how we’ll cope with that. I think Anderson will still be classed as an under 21 next season so we haven’t got much to choose from. As I see it other than Sean Longstaff we only have Matty, Dummett and Kelland Watts.

    I think Magpie means for Europe it's something like 7 'homegrown' (but that coukd technically include Tripps, Burn, Wilson, etc. BUT for Europe, I think at least 4 of those need to have come through your own academy, not just bought as 'homegrown' players. I don't think
    nationality necessarily matters if they've been with the club long enough. It's more that our poor youth development in previous years leaves us short of those true 'own club' homegrown options.
