I've been to Romania twice. Cheap beer (although I think they have the Euro now so probs gone up), gorgeous women (and I mean gorgeous!) and cracking Snowboarding. Don't expect the locals to be too friendly though, I found that they stay away from tourists and keep to themselves. Not rude per say, just offish.

I remember a Scottish tour guide saying how great the Romanians are but those Bulgarians are bandits! Don't stray over the border!

Petrolul probably best to avoid. Beat Vitesse Arnhem in the last round.

Vitesse was horrible, should've beat them easily but looked like zombies on the pitch, nothing like they normally play. It was a disgrace for Dutch football.
