The thing I really like about playing Lyon is that we've never really gotten going in the Europa this year, and we'll have to, I think, to get past Lyon. So either we get some momentum going or we've got a much less congested schedule just when people are coming back from injury.
Govou is crap, Ben Arfa wasn't wanted, Fred never looked above average anything and Abidal moved over 5 years ago. Briand and Bastos also looked good the last time I saw them but I can't recall watching them all that recently, are the rest really all that bad?
After seeing some the insipid performances by most of the first choice players in the group stages, they may say - ok we've qualified now lets get serious and show what we can really do.
