Having had no interest in this competition until a bit earlier I had no idea what it entailed or what it was. Now I've read up on it.... I still have no interest in it. Europa league is boring enough, this competition just takes the biscuit and sounds like the footballing equivlanet of being the milk monitor at primary school. The downside is that we might qualify for this **** heap of a competition.

I think I'd actually take a loss on Saturday and avoid playing in this crap. Or I'd be perfectly down with winning, finishing as high as we can but then declining the offer of taking part. Or just playing the U18s maybe?

Thoughts on this absolute joke of a tournament?

Why not use it to play the youth team only.. See how far they get and if they get knocked out so what... At least they get done European experience....

It sounds absolutely ****. European 3rd division cup.

But like you and Gills says. Play the under 18's and give them some European experience if we end up in it.

The whole thing smells of ****e and even more meaningless away games on a Thursday

From being in the ESL to being in the 3rd tier of uefa crapola - no thanks
