That has to be one of the poorest halves I've seen from us for some years. Utterly woeful in every department. Ostersund fully deserve their lead.
**** first half. We can't hold onto the ball, there's no movement, we look toothless. Shocking display. They better come out in the second half better than that or they'll mess this up.
The centre of the pitch is the biggest problem. Wellbeck is never down the middle - he's always on the left. Wilshere keeps having to drop back to pick the ball up because Elneny cant beat his marker. Maitland Niles - well im not even sure what position he's supposed to be playing and Mkhi and Kolasinac are also having a nightmare. We are relying on Wilshere and Bellerin at this point. They are the only two who look like they can make something happen.
I know Xhaka ain't exactly pulling up trees, but I would take Maitland Niles off, put Xhaka on and move him further forward alongside Wilshere.
Wellbecks finishing again Seriously a player with those athletic gifts should consistently work on his weaknesses. I highly doubt Wenger has him working on his finishing day in day out like he should.
We've had 4 attempts... at home... ...against a side that would struggle to stay in the Championship.
This is a side that lost to Nottingham forest, Bournemouth, Watford, the worst Koln side ever and Swansea. We can lose to anyone and probably will.
