Don’t see it. Phillips was good v Croatia but been poor rest of the tournament. Rice has been ok, I guess a solid 6/7 out of 10 each game. No huge mistakes but neither of them have offered anything with forward passing n

Rice is all about off the ball. Running and closing space.
Phillip's is generally doing the same higher up slightly but runs and press and close down.
