Are you trying to say there are no areas in England that have the same alcohol and drug abuse. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Haddaway and ****e, Joe. It's not a pleasant read but there's nothing false about what I said. That's my experience.

I've never known an area which has so many drink and drug problems which inevitably leads to heartbreak. It's a sad place to stay.

Any area in the world that has descended into such would be a horrible place to live. Unfortunately we in Scotland have more than our share of them but the whole of Scotland nor the majority of the people that live here should be viewed in the same light. There are some decent people living in these areas.

Can I just say that my computer may have been hacked, and someone has posted a load of spurious nonsense about me and a Scottish lass.

Unless of course it was Chrissie Sinclair of 12 Laurel Place, Kilmarnock. The hussy.

Cue a queue of Not606 posters lining the street of Kilmarnock this evening.

I've just checked and that's near the Tescos and Golf course. I was only 10mins away up by the train station next to the college

I agree again. You've taken it to heart and you shouldn't have...

A few years ago, I had a fling with a married red-haired lassie from Kilmarnock. An fully paid up member of the SNP and hater of all things English (don't know what she liked about me - maybe it was my huge cock. Sorry, clock) She told me that their local pub went crazy a few weeks earlier when an England side lost a match, and that is the problem for them - they have little to crow about from their own sporting sides, that hating the English is a more sustainable celebration!

Since we are going back into Scottish/English history - at the battle of Culloden, the English forces were helped and aided by large nubers of mercenary Scots, tempted by money (natch) land and titles. No one, even Wallace himself has ever managed to unite the clans, with too many of them scrabbling to keep or expand their own piece of "blasted heath". Some things never change :)

There was a lassie from Kilmarnock
Who desired a very large clock.
So along came a poster,
Putting her on heat like a toaster,
Yet serenely did she mock.....
Oh no, cried the lassie, inordinately sassy,
Tis only the sparrow sized clock of Reebok. :emoticon-0136-giggl

Wow! Seriously, anyone on here (know of just the one) with investments in this 'currency' should be very careful.

Best to stick with standard-type investments. Not exciting, I know, but, if you have investigated the company you are buying shares in, then that has to be the best way. Not a player anymore at my age, of course, but I always invested 'medium term', and just about always through the Frankfurt market. New York exchanges I never trusted, and their brokers I found very dodgy, and London I found a bit tricky at times. German stocks on the Frankfurt exchange really did me proud, must say. Ah, the good old days!

Alledgedly <laugh>
