Yeah, poor raheem.<laugh>

None of the England squad has earned the right to mouth off on social media and it should be the manager telling all of his players including Rooney to concentrate on their football and not promoting themselves on twitter or what ever.

All Vardy's Mrs did was give an honest opinion of how she and others not causing trouble during a game were treated by the authorities over there and their liberal use of tear gas like its air freshener.

The problem with England or its fans is the Premier League...They all play for rich clubs who paid millions for them so fans expect them to always be winners ..fact is othere countries have just been better organising national teams. So perpetual disappointment.

I've seen a lot of stuff on tv harping back to Euro 96...annoying lol..but you know England should point to that as a model..decent if not great team, with good team spirit and fans that just wanted to enjoy themselves....lighten up lads both team and fans...it's supposed to be fun!!

meh.. wales football hasn't been anything special.

best team wins.. nobody minds.

The standard of football at this tournament has been... utter rubbish. Germany have been poor, france all over the shop. so many teams playing negative stuff and a real lack of skillfully technical players.

Iniesta, payet... who else... really very few.

Yes organisation and systems are important but there's also the genuine lack of inspiration in european players that means the systems and order dominate and the football is dull.

Yeah..."seen any French granny's you like Wayne?" Would be my first response...I don't obviously know Vardys wife but all I've seen in the press is what Page referred to. Compared with the last tournament when all those senior players wags used it as a major shopping and piss up..

Would tell them to **** right off..

Yeah there's been a lot of negative matches..some tournaments go that way.

As you say Knockout football now...it'll either explode or get worse lol

yeah.... either the big team (who are all on one side of tournament) will cancel each other out and we will sleep all the way to the final with 0-0s or we'll see teams blown off the park.

I think on the none big team side belgium and croatia would be my picks right now.

there could be a lot of attack v defense going on there.

Swiss have looked poor enough. Poland solid but unadventurous. 0-1
Croatia v portugal. One to watch, could be a classic. Portugal look like a team with a fair few over the hills in it. I am guessing croatia here
Wales NI... i'm calling pens.
Hungary v belgium... I'd say this one will be decent. belgium are very much donkey ball but have so many players they don't need to be. a game might actually break out here.
Germany slovakia... jesus wept. 1-0 cos germany have a **** forward.
Italy Spain.. the one really big clash of titans. I think this will got to extra time and possible pens. 0-0 after full time
France Ireland... god... ireland were awful last night. I think its pace that will do for ireland. 3-0. I think genuinely no matter how deep they sit france have the players to do for them.
England iceland... 0-0 pens.

So

Poland v Croatia
Wales v belgium
Germany v... italy (guess)
France v iceland :bandit:
