Can Allen play like this week after week for us? His pass for the first was brilliant and his aggression throughout the game was spot on. I'd have him in the team ahead of Milner and Hendo, it would be a mistake to let him go imo even if we buy and he's used as a sub or in certain games. He's our 2nd best midfielder at this point. Keep and buy and bin Hendo and Milner.

I like him personally L. Prefer him myself to Henderson.
 
Keep Allen. Good player and whilst I feel we can get better first team players he can do a job. And certainly better than some of our first team options who should go first.

Him and can work? Def better than milner and hendo. Hendo has value not sure milner does apart from wages we would save.

Personally I would keep Allen.
 
The experience he's having with Wales might give him the belief to become the player Bodger thought he was buying. Daft to get rid without finding out.

Trouble is wales have runners so he sees the pass. England players are too static similar to us. So for Allen to thrive we need runners. Coutinho suffers as a result of this as well. Both can see a pass but usually don't have options to do this.

He should suit klopp. Good mobility, very good pressing in the middle, keeps the ball well. He needs to play in a midfield 3 with someone more defensive and someone more attacking as he doesn't excel in either of those areas. In a midfield 2 where he might be expected to defend more or attack more that's where he has struggled.

Woukd def keep him, he played really well 2nd half of season when he got q chance, but he might want gauranteed football week in week out at his age which can't blame him for.
 
allen's ****... stop being taken in by what is pub league football

Wales won the group cos they all knew who was playing, where they were playing and how they would play.

russia were useless. slovakia total average..

and england were... with respect to england a pub team. they'd no idea who would play, how to play, where anyone was running or who was taking frees.

Allen is a bang average player in an international tournament so when the real football starts he'll get blown away as per.

sturrdige didn't know where he was playing or didn't want to play there... and it showed.

Skrtel's problem is he's limited. He's a warrior with little subtlety. In a game where he's part of a defence that's being bombarded he does well, but that's rarely the case at Liverpool. In a more open game where he's exposed to fast, tricky attackers coming at him, he can't cope well with that.
He'll do ok in the right team.
We need a more sophisticated defender, but one with steel as well. Not so easy to find.

yes. he like sitting deep and looking heroic or being out competing in the air with some slow turd of a forward.

He's getting on and thats just it.
