Maybe. I've always seen them as slow starters and just get better and better as they go through the latter stages.
Qualifying group they have always just done enough and not really wowed.
I bet they win 7-0 now

level of keeping at this years finals has been very mixed.
I thought the Swiss keeper, Sommer was very good, and the Albanian keeper was quite decent as well to be fair.
But, the Slovak keeper let in Bale's FK, Russian let in Dier's FK and Turkey's let in Modric's volley (cracking technique but thought keeper should have saved it).

Khediera has looked slow and very average from what I've seen him after coming back from the big injury he had.
Germany having no real top striker is their only downfall. Their wide / creative players are scary good though.
Goetz, Muller, Draxler. Ozil in the team with Schurlle & Sane on the bench

Dunno. I'm looking at this german team and.thinking they havent got anything special. Draxler is still potential and hit and miss. Khedira is not that good anymore after his injuries (similar to essien). There defence is nothing special.
And even there bench can is not bad but still potential. Sane again is just potential. Schurle always been overrated. All pace really

Hes not bad. Great on a free. Much prefer iarmalenko myself. Think hes a much better player and finisher and has a bit of everything about him
2 man midfield of Khedira and Kroos is struggling. Khedira not fit enough to do the defensive work for both of them.
Not just that. They are literally playing 3 on 3 at the back at times.
This german team doesnt work hard enough. When you have such lazy players like gotze and ozil and khedra and kroos arent the bundles of energy anymore to cover everything.
