French team looked terrible plus why the hell were they slipping all over the place.
Payet was good and so was kante. The problem with the french team is they have some weird tactics going on and are again fairly defensive. Second half they got better but first half was awful. Martial was playing awful, Coman as well. The team lacks attacking poise, they didn't have that much width and there was no quick passing. Everyone who received it including martial all wanted to have a few touches and then pass it on.
At international level where a lot of the teams have organised hard working defences, that won't do as they can reshape especially when you have a donkey like giroud up front he doesn't make many runs and when he does he's a lumbering whale and can't get away.
The full backs in particular don't attack too much and were pretty weak and then you have matuidi and kante both sitting along with 2 centre backs. That first half was like 4 attackers against the whole team for most of it (payet, giroud, coman, martial), they were never going to make headway.
They also looked pretty open, considering they has 2 players in the middle kante and matuidi both being dragged out by there wingers and cms. The 2 fullbacks were pretty non existant.
THey looked better in the 2nd half but i didn't really watch it as was watching something else, but if they play like their first half they aren't going anywhere

i hope they both get chucked out, they completely deserve it, those fans are their own worst enemy
