I can't believe that switz player got away with telling the ref that tackle was a shoulder challenge. Was late and dirty. Even the commentator said it was a good tackle lol should have been a yellow card for me. Who was the commentator? Sounded like brighty but not sure.

Wonder if it would have been a good tackle if England player on the end of it :bandit:

I forgot about that one as well just seeing highlights. Switz player goes in 2 footed. Isn't that a straight red, or am I just thinking from how picky refs are from club level in europe and not so harsh int level?
 
Wish refs would have the balls to card players for that ****e.

Goes down like been shot sees ref not interested and straight back on his feet :emoticon-0172-mooni
 
Hope ward does well. He did pretty well for us last few games and were no real errors or major issues. Still only young, would be nice if he puts in a proper challenger for number 1 place at LFC over next couple years as neither Mig or Karius are standout number 1s

If ward has a good tournament I can see MIGs going.

Ward done well when asked upon but he had a ****e defence and no midfield in front of him. Hopefully wales are better equipped in this as he is a good keeper.
 
We're lucky Ward has had some experience this season or it would have been one hell of a baptism of fire, but he's played games and will take the opportunity.
