Don't see any harm in giving out multiple people/country, as long as people don't cheat. (Even if you've seen some numbers, pick one you haven't seen). So I'll go for seven, if it's amenable.
 
...which would get me Germany, who I don't want to root for. 11...would be Poland, who I'll be happy to root for. Though maybe that was cheating...maybe I have to stick with Germany.
