Start by not picking any Russian defenders. When they self-destruct, they self-destruct with a minimum of four-goals in the back of the net and at least one sending-off...

Had to swap out the injured Cahill and Sagna bringing in Agger and Lescott then spending the extra profit on upgrading Kroos to Ozil.

    Final team:

    Isaksson
    Agger, Zhirkov, Van Der Wiel
    Gibson, VDV, Busquets, Ozil(c)
    Jelavic, C. Ronaldo, Schurrle

    Bench: Akinfeev, Olsson, Lescott, Young,

YV, you just reminded me about this! better sort my team out!

Anyone who hasn't entered, take a look at the link above as a guide as my knowledge of the international game (apart from the main stars) is pretty weak myself so i expect to be battling it out for the wooden spoon!

More or less decided on 3-4-4

    Casillas

    Lahm Mexes Heitinga

    Yarmolenko Montolivio Elm Srna

    Keane Lewandowski Pogrebnyak

Subs: Rui Patricio, Torossidis, Kolar, Chiellini

Had to do a late reshuffle due to the Dutch dropping Georginio Wijnaldum, hence the random Czech on the bench...

Did a team for a league with my mates and entered it to this league far too late last night. Damn - bit tired this morning. And I can promise that I have no idea what I'm doing. As far as I remember I think I know about half of my squad. I'm too afraid to look at it and see who I chose now...

then change it for the next round of games depending on which of my squad playing?

you sure, I thought the team for the round was locked once the first game starts. Any changes can then only be made before the knockouts start?
