European Football Championships 2012 Final... Spain v Italy We all probably got one of the final selections correct but none of us thought the Italians would get there... So its the Paella Boys v the Pasta boys this Sunday when we shall get to see who will win the 2012 Euros. Just in case in goes to penalties ive got the order up for you now but only with my preferences... 1) Paella v Pasta - prefer my pasta dishes to the paella, more variety... 0-1... 2) Rijoa v Barola - I do like a glass/bottle of the occasional red and to be honest i cant split them, so both score... 1-2... 3) Tapas v Antipasto - This is a close call but i am a fan of the Tapas big time, so Tapas it is... 2-2... 4) Manchego v Parmesan - Cant be split as i like both... 3-3... 5) Chorizo v Salami - the most important penalty this one if the scores are level (ahem, Ronaldo...) the final penalty goes to Chorizo... Just simply one of the best things out there.. imho... Final score... Spain Win 4-3 on penalties... you heard it here first... Thanks to all who have entered as ive enjoyed the crack, the predictions and the football. Still a few twists n turns at the top to be sorted out but its all in the name of a bit of fun...Cheers...
Italy have to be the favourites, having beaten mighty England (albeit luckily) so it's Spain 0 Italy 1 I expected Spain and Portugal to be a high scoring game and got that totally wrong. Italy seem to have a solid defence and their mid field is pretty impressive. Would have never foreseen me predicting Italy to beat Spain but things look a little different now. If it goes to penalties, Italy to win.
I thought I might be the only 1 to predict Italy to beat Spain,wrong again!! Spain 1-2 Italy. Good luck to all.
Spain 1 Italy 3 Bolatelli now on world stage so he will prove all his critics wrong, or he'll have a spaz in the first 10 mins and get sent off and prove everyone right, that he's a bloody psycho. Either way a bit of a genius!

well there was a lesson in letting the ball do the work and making the game look easy. Unusual to see an entertaining final in any competition. Well done Spain and good on ya Red for keeping us all intrested.
