An Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman went to a bar.

They all had to leave because the Englishman wanted to go.

That was Pete, he's ****ed off.

You've embarrassed yourself enough, do you really want do go through a reprise? <doh>

Anytime you like, pal. As you never seem to know when you you've embarrassed yourself!..,

Can anyone give me the gist of what's going on? From scanning a few pages at random it seems this Peter bloke is a bit of a tool and that Hull probably isn't a great place to be.

City of culture next year. That's stretching credulity to breaking point.

The irony of using their own terminology against them seems lost on them. Stop the black comedy mate, they don't like anything black. Oops I've just used more sarcasm!! Oh noooooooooooooooooooo!
My mother in law still refers to the coloureds. At my brother in law's wedding she insisted that I should meet his workmate Ahmed. When I asked why she said it was because he was from North Africa like my old man (although they're from different countries). It's still a face palm moment when it's occasionally mentioned!

I think I've just found Pete's brother. His name's Dave and he's a Villa fan...

Dave votes for the Sensible Party btw. Go read his twitter page and you'll see why he's a card carrying member.

Good enough to teach you what a rhetorical question is :) I suppose you're one of those simple people who finds it difficult to follow a train of thought. I wasn't googling Monty Python, I was googling the Sensible Party to have a good chuckle. And Monty Python came up lol. It's also rather strange that the thrust of your latest post seems to think people are simple if they don't know all the Monty Python sketches. You don't even see the irony, that had YOU known the Monty Python sketches you wouldn't be naming a party that was ridiculed by them years earlier <doh>

You are a bit dim Pete. You're one of those 70's Love Thy Neighbour sort who's narrow minded density was ridiculed during the enlightenment of black comedy 40 years ago. You crawled away and hid under a stone, but the result of one referendum and you think all your bigotted views are once again justified. You're a dinosaur fella and no matter how much you bang that keyboard, you're a dying breed and you know it <ok>
Well you have shown that you are certainly lacking in comprehension.
I didn't say you were googling Monty Python but then I can understand why you can't work that out for yourself. I understand they are so desperate for teachers that they will accept anybody.
The UK are leaving the EU and you better accept it. I'm sure some of you will organise a petition to get the petition accepted for a second referendum. I'm sure the Labour Party will hold an election of members to elect Jeremy Corbyn as leader while 80% of the Labour Party MPs will refuse to be in his shadow cabinet. Meanwhile the Conservative Prime Minister will get on with running the country while the Conservative Party elect a new leader who will take over as Prime Minister to run the country. One party rules and another party is in a shambles.

You know, the last paragraph here suggests to me that the he did write that blog. He's picked up the two sensible parties idea from reading here....
You seem one of those people who gets everything wrong. Me writing the blog. Voting for the side in the referendum that lost. Signing a petition that's ignored. Some people just have a talent for being wrong.

Conservatives were the biggest party in the House of Commons in 2010. Conservatives had a majority in 2015. The Leave campaign won the referendum in 2016. Labour Party are in a mess. I would think the sides I support are the winners and there's plenty of evidence that your side is collapsing further.

The Nazis were winners for a while Fat Man. Didn't make them right!

By the way, you need to invest in some new clothes. The tramp look is so last year.

Oops, maybe there should have been a plan!

Economic changes after the vote to leave the European Union could see the defence budget reduced in real terms, a committee of MPs and peers says.

The Joint Committee on the National Security Strategy says security review planning, conducted once or twice a decade, should begin "immediately".
