You're pissing in the wind fella. It's done. Personally I think it will go down as a case study in ****wittery for politics and economics students for decades BUT it's done. So make the best of it and turn it into the most ironic referendum result in history by ensuring that Teresa May becomes the next PM!
I f you can show me where its done ill believe you ....you don't seem to understand the damage this has done and the sad fact is we are still a member of the EU and paying our due,s....

Does your inanity and bullshit know no grounds?

You're nothing more than some internet waster who feels the need to be proven 'right' about everything.

However, given you're as thick as pigshit that rarely happens, so you placate your damaged and bruised ego by proclaiming victory at every turn and twisting both your own and others words to suit what the little voice in your head tells you.

Do us all a favour and lob yourself in a ****ing skip

<laugh> Quality flounce cock bod. <ok>

I couldn't give a flying **** about "winning" anything on here. It's just a discussion. You keep trying (and failing) to spin things and argue points I haven't made. It just makes you look thick, and gets you angry when it fails, especially when you're stupid enough to try to repeat the answer I gave you, and try to make out you hadn't got it wrong to start with. That just looks like an insecure, fragile ego.

Like I said, you're rubbish at this.

Having a referendum on EU membership was a dumb idea anyway. It only happened because Cameron gambled trying to appease his MPs from defecting to UKIP. I was all for EU reform, but leaving is simply stupid from an economic perspective.

If the UK wanted a referendum, then it should have chosen something like PR, that would have given the electorate a lot more power in choosing who represents them at Westminster.

The two main instigators in Boris and Farage Have jumped ship and we are no closer leaving the EU than we were before they told their lies so why have they left ? Dopey boris was banking on being PM but like any typical tory he was stabbed in the back and the back stabbing is continuing right through the party as they ditch their morals for more power......Thousands maybe millions now regret believing the lies as they see the country in melt down with the out leaders not having a clue what to do about it. big businesses have already lost billions in trade and their own output has slowed significantly putting many jobs at risk plus many have vowed to leave our shores for other EU countries wich is good news for them and disastrous for the UK. Nobody can complain as every leader of every party except the racist farage that it will be a big mistake to vote leave and how right they were.....

I understand mate. I have no doubt it's going to be a car crash but there's no turning back now. It's damage limitation. But they've got their country back. Maybe my kids will be able to explain that one to me!

yes they can as no decision has been made yet.everyone wants to find a way to honour the decision through principle but the more they look the less credibility they can find to leave the EU....It is all well and good Farage with a smirk on his face saying he has achieved his ambition and he never wanted to be a politician anyway but people forget he was thrown out of the Tory party years ago. He could not careless about anything as he was on a mission to bring down the tory party any way he could and the one way he could do that is to destroy our relationship with our EU partners.....well he certainly achieved that and it may have took him over 20+ years to do it so he has no reason any more to be involved and have Welch on his party and left them in a mess......He is a very clever man as he can disappear back under the rock he came from with not a care in the world....

I think it is you that needs a reality check. The EU member states have already made it clear that if the UK wants full access to the single market then they will have to accept free movement. If we decide not to go down that route and use WTO tariffs then the head of the WTO has already said that the UK would have to renegotiate trade deals with all 161 WTO members in a move that would be like 'joining from scratch'. With the impact of new tariffs, he estimates that it will cost UK consumers an extra £9bn and impact negatively on UK businesses to the tune of £5.5bn.
have you got a link to that?
meanwhile here's the link to what I have been saying
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201516/cmselect/cmfaff/545/54502.htm
"19.In the light of these challenges and the many unknown variables, it is difficult to predict with certainty the type and terms of the new relationship between the UK and EU after a decision to withdraw. In our view, it cannot be assumed that the UK would retain full or partial access to the single market if it left the EU, or that it would wish to do so given the restrictions and costs that such an arrangement could potentially incur. It is nevertheless probable that, due to the strong economic imperative, the UK and EU would seek to negotiate some form of trade deal as quickly as possible in the light of the political climate. The Government should recognise the probability of no mutual interest deal being concluded within the two-year notice period. If no deal could be concluded within the two-year notice period, the UK would move to standard WTO relationship terms and would then need to decide which of the 6,987 directly-applicable EU Regulations would need to be replaced by UK law.22 It is, however, a reasonable assumption that in the medium term a suitable mutual interest deal would be concluded. It is possible that the transition process could be fully co-operative and disruption minimised, but this would depend on how well EU countries respond to a perceived rebuff by the British electorate. As time heals, mutual interest will progressively trump any short-term hurt feelings and both the climate for, and interest in, agreement in the mutual interest would improve."

He wasn't thrown out. He left the Conservatives in 1992 in protest at Prime Minister John Major government's signing of the Treaty on European Union at Maastricht.

why are they in a mess?

I thought it was obvious that we would have to renegotiate trade deals with every country that has a trade deal with the EU. So many on here don't seem to realise just how many there are and just how long it is going to take
any deals with the EU take a long time because the EU is inherently incompetent

Our trade deals with the WTO were negotiated when we were part of the EU, the head of the WTO has said that the UK cannot simply 'copy and paste' these arrangements post brexit, but will have to 'start from scratch' and renegotiate all 161 deals, which could take years. Even if we want to get them done quickly, we are bound by the priorities of the countries we are negotiating with. According to the WTO, it could cost UK consumers £9bn and an extra £5.5bn to businesses in terms of trade.

You seem to be panicking over short term issues. Long term, the UK will be able to trade with the world like it has never been able to do for 40-odd years.

We dont just have a referendum for the sake of having a referendum. We have them for specific reasons: so the people can decide. The people decided. It's democratic.

You dont seem to understand the concept of referendums. Neither side were led by the government. They were independent organisations. Once the result was announced the government complies with the peoples wishes. You seem to have got things confused. The leave side don't run the country - the government does.

Can you post something to support your claim that Farage is racist?
