There are only a handful of facts....
Last week we had a vote to gauge the feeling of the nation on whether we should remain or leave the EU. Two countries voted leave and two countries voted remain,
This vote is an advisory vote only and if all the home nations had voted to remain or leave then the government would have complied by the wishes of the people.
Because of complications with two countries voting to remain and two voting out nobody can make any decisions, Both Boris or Cameron have a huge problem so they have a number of options...
1) The Government can decide on a free vote to make a decision and that would most definitely will result in staying in.
2) The Government can agree and allow both Scotland and NI to leave the UK (highly unlikely)
3) The Government can try another referendum vote to see if there is a much clearer outcome.
4) Boris can agree with the EU and find a compromise in a number of issues with one being freedom of movement and the use of the single market.

So It is not as straight forward as some thinks to remain or leave and while we wait for a decision the country and its people will suffer the consequences that will come as it has not kicked in yet to make any difference to peoples lives but it will if something is not sorted soon....

To be quite honest, I'm a bit bored of this **** now.

There were aspects of being in the Eu I didn't like. The freedom of movement wasn't one of them. The red tape to business I didn't like. The massive federal state, I didn't like, the prospect for an eu army I didn't like.

The likelihood is we will get the trade deal we want. At the expense of free movement of people. We are likely to have a health service agreement. So I don't get ripped off when I fall over drunk in magaluf. We will end up paying probably the same as we were before but to some degree we are not being dictated to by the French and Germans. We will not have to help bail out Greece, Italy and France when their economies bomb (though I expect these to happen whilst we are still members) We will more than likely make benefits harder to come by. Aimed at Johnny Foreigner but used against our own feckless workshy ****ers.

All in all the xenophobic twats who forced this on us will be worse off in the long run. I will be fine. Therefore I've accepted it and am now happily waiting for the repurcussions to effect the people that voted for it far more than they will me.

By Jove, I think somebody has at long last got it !!, great post<applause>:emoticon-0148-yes:

I don't think Tobes is a million miles away from dousing himself with petrol and setting himself alight in front of the house of commons. He will be remembered as the English equivalent of that monk from all those years ago.

Aye, Brother Quim.

You are probably not far off, but the UK will flourish as we can make our own trade deals. Anyone who comes here will probably get no benefits for x years so that will limit those who come.
But you will have to work the fields picking cabbages for me to eat,so get on with it :)

Except the Govt and EU have said no second referendum, the vote result stands, and it's one out all out, and let democracy run its course. <ok>

This ****ing iPad is like this thread, it thinks it knows best.
Adding bloody letters to my words now....should be mean not meaning!!!

TBH mate, I never even noticed till you pointed it out just now.
I can read typo. I make enough of my own.

I think we will see earn your benefits brought in.

All the ****ers who somehow manage not to work, have a tv bigger than their lounge, drink and smoke ***s all day will have to do what will be tantamount to slave labour. By picking up litter. Working the fields. I will vote for that Tory government without doubt. Then I will sit here in my big house, driving my bmw laughing my ****ing bollocks off.

And the powers that be will offer a toast to you from the bridge of their private yacht. <ok>

Actually, I doubt they'll give a flying ****,

Why all the unwarranted aggression and tears?

The thread has included a number of references to abuse and market volatility for small businesses - I'm guessing your mate isn't the company director of Benelux? Given you're just Tobes and he's your friend I'd assume it's a small company that maybe affected by Brexit.

That's why I asked.

Fair enough mate, apologies for being shirty. I've been goaded by some right blurts, so wrongly assumed you were joining the party haha.

He's not a mate of mine btw, he's a business contact of my wife's, and he's not a small business owner either.
