I cant speak for Custard, but there is no hate on my part.
I am fully aware that the Leave campaign wouldn't have won if not for the ****** Xenophobe contingent. They made the right decision, for the wrong reasons.
But I am fully confident this was the right move.
The EU had morphed into something very insidious. And it was only going to get worse.

Again, the Anti-immigration crowd are going to be sorely disappointed if they think the UK's stance on immigration will change a great deal.
We were already exempt from a lot of the EUs most damaging immigration policies, and this country has benefited from immigration far more than it has suffered.

Idiots who try to claim this referendum was a Left Wing v Right Wing battle, or a Liberal vs Conservative battle, are short sighted and narrow minded.

Before the result Johnson, Gove and Farage whete never off our TVs but since Friday they've been nowhere to be seen. The only logical reason for the complete silence is that they did not expect to win and have no idea what to do next.
As for Labour. All the MPs acting like they know how Labour could and should have got their voters out to support the stay vote yet most of their own constituencies voted out so who the **** are they to complain?
Both parties are now engaging in another vanity leadership fight while millions are worried about their futures.
And politicians wonder why no one trusts them.

What a load of tosh! They are simply letting people like you run out of steam so as to avoid being dragged into silly spats with you sore losers. All your lot are doing is trying your best to make sure your doom and gloom predictions become a reality.

GB will survive and thrive, much to your disappointment.

I would also disagree with Bodanki's theory that our leaving will precipitate the break up of the EU. On the contrary, I think it will just make them entrench themselves.

Yes, a lot of its outdated. Yes, it needs to reform itself. No, I would never support a federal Europe, neither would many other remain voters. However, it seems that even Juncker has accepted that's not even on the table at this time.

I believe that changes will be forced on the EU by the people of Europe. It would have been to our advantage to have a seat at that table and be party to any changes. However, we have given up that seat and now all we can do is watch from the sidelines.

I voted to remain mainly for the reason I gave long ago, the economy. I felt the UK's best interests were served at this point in time by remaining. The U.K. Had just about dragged itself out of the deepest recession since WW2, and now there's a very good chance it will go straight back into that recession.

We have a long period of uncertainty ahead of us. There is nothing good in that for the UK economy, for reasons I have been through many times.

I get all that Bodanki. The problem is, there is no plan. It was a campaign fought with one aim ie to get out of the EU but with absolutely no thought given to what to do next. So....chaos ensues.

If he's making a statement, it will be to try and push something that's to his advantage.

No it doesn't.
There was no need to come up with a plan until we knew what side would win.
Pointless spending thousands of man hours coming up with a leaving strategy if Remain won the referendum.
We havent invoked Article 50 yet.
NOW we know we are leaving, we can think up a leaving strategy, then invoke article 50, and pull out.

People forget, we are still in the EU. We havent resigned from it yet. All this referendum did was get the publics opinion on whether we should stay or go.
The UK has not formally done anything about our EU membership as it stands.
Now is the time to plan an exit strategy.

How can you say that when the GBP and the FTSE 250 (the British companies) have completely tanked?

Would you have thought it was good government if Remain had won and when Cameron was asked what reforms he was going to seek from the EU he replied "no idea, haven't given it much thought."?

Even if we had come up with the most orgasmic, perfect, jizz enducing method of leaving the EU, this still would have happened.
There was no stopping it.
Mainly due to ****** investors.
Like i said, we are still in the EU, for at least two more years (Provided Article 50 is invoked in the next couple of months). So fundamentally nothing has changed.
The GBP and FTSE bullshit were just scared investors being scared and highly stupid, and most the damage done on that day has repaired itself already.
I would pay no attention to it.
