See, there's that pompous arrogance again. Telling me what I really think, rather than reading what's posted.

How can I be the one claiming to be right, when I repeatedly admit I know very little about it?

You on the other hand, expect to be accepted at face value, because you say it's your area of expertise. The problem you face there is that some will look at your posts, and in particular your predictions ( I re-posted some twice) and draw their own conclusions on the validity of your claims.

You really do seem to think your current shift to predicting you don't know how it will pan out, is somehow mare valid than other peoples predictions for the self and same outcome. Then again, your previous predictions do support your current position that "you don't know".

That is pompous in the extreme, little wonder you've flounced off...again.

It'll be interesting to see if the proclamation of yours that you're leaving (again) is any more accurate than any of the others you've made.

Nice try!! I'll give you that. However, sorry to tell you that you'll have to try and ram your opinions down somebody else's throat from now on. :emoticon-0109-kiss:

Erm, I'm asking questions in the hope of learning, not ramming opinions . I can understand how the answers to those questions don't suit your agenda.

Each time you've been asked to demonstrate your expertise, you either bottled it or got it wrong. Sounds par for the course with so many in your chosen area.

You don't think people fought against a potential dictator?
Of course. It was the comparison with modern day Europe that I thought was daft.

Maybe I misinterpreted your post.

I was hoping we were going to start focussing on the multi kitchen debate but it seems like I'm the only person who considers it to be a critical issue. I'm seriously considering converting both of the kids' bedrooms into emergency kitchens.

Knives being stuck in all over the kitchen(s). From The Sun:

THE closer you get to Boris Johnson, a distinguished former colleague once said, the less you like him.

That has certainly been the case for many of those who once worked with him in journalism and now, to his great cost, in politics too.

More on Boris from the previously Boris backing Sun, I think this is spot on:

Some venture, after observing him changing his mind on subjects as diverse as the EU and climate change, that he does not really believe in anything at all. Apart from, possibly, himself.

Who cares Boris is not going to be PM
