Didn't they fight for a free Europe?
Yep, for each member state to enjoy it's own individual freedoms, rather than some dictatorship ruling it all.

See, there's that pompous arrogance again. Telling me what I really think, rather than reading what's posted.
How can I be the one claiming to be right, when I repeatedly admit I know very little about it?
You on the other hand, expect to be accepted at face value, because you say it's your area of expertise. The problem you face there is that some will look at your posts, and in particular your predictions ( I re-posted some twice) and draw their own conclusions on the validity of your claims.
You really do seem to think your current shift to predicting you don't know how it will pan out, is somehow mare valid than other peoples predictions for the self and same outcome. Then again, your previous predictions do support your current position that "you don't know".
That is pompous in the extreme, little wonder you've flounced off...again.
It'll be interesting to see if the proclamation of yours that you're leaving (again) is any more accurate than any of the others you've made.
Nice try!! I'll give you that. However, sorry total to tell you that you'll have to try and ram your opinions down somebody else's throat from now on.![]()
Dictatorship?Yep, for each member state to enjoy it's own individual freedoms, rather than some dictatorship ruling it all.

Dictatorship?
Even Adolf Saxton in his Frank Butcher glasses knows that's a crock of ****!

No you're a ****!
Basically 293 pages of the above.
Where is he? He's probably trying to decide which kitchen to make his toast & marmite in...

You don't think people fought against a potential dictator?

Of course. It was the comparison with modern day Europe that I thought was daft. You don't think people fought against a potential dictator?

Maybe I misinterpreted your post.
I was hoping we were going to start focussing on the multi kitchen debate but it seems like I'm the only person who considers it to be a critical issue. I'm seriously considering converting both of the kids' bedrooms into emergency kitchens.

Didn't they fight for a free Europe?
I joked to a colleague before the last election, that my vote would go to the party that had the fewest front benchers that I wanted to slap!!
More on Boris from the previously Boris backing Sun, I think this is spot on:
Some venture, after observing him changing his mind on subjects as diverse as the EU and climate change, that he does not really believe in anything at all. Apart from, possibly, himself.
But an interest rate cut would devalue the £, why would the BOE need to make a cut?
