I've not heard one single in voter express any regret. As I say, there are many leavers already regretting it. Wait until the real fun starts and there'll be a lot more!..

    **BREAKING NEWS**

According to reports, the fallout of leaving the EU has already had an impact on the NHS. It seems members of the Remain party have been applying for a new operation available.

Apparently the hospital waiting list for operations to have chips removed from shoulders has increased so much, the NHS computer system has crashed due to the huge demand!

An NHS spokesperson has reportedly said "this operation is only available to anyone already in the UK".

I hope you're right. A General election is the only democratic way to (1) Choose the next PM (2) To elect a govt based on a new manifesto seeing as this one is now defunct. (3) Decide which party is best place to negotiate Brexit.

having a few on TV does not make it millions does it.

No point crying move on we are leaving.

All we can hope is a good deal with the EU can be done, for me its control of our borders (I except some will be allowed in from the EU) but MPS have been saying it will not be an open border (both sides have said that on BBC R5 today)

Or (4) give the electorate the opportunity to over turn the result by a party having a manifesto that says they'll remain in the EU and seek to renegotiate our terms of membership.

It's all just opening salvos, Custard, early days.

Where we go from here is anybody's guess. The only certainty is uncertainty. That's not good for the markets, investment in the UK, the economy in general. Recession looms again, I'm afraid.

As I say, the 'fun' has just started!....

With my eurosceptic hat on, I don't believe this option could ever work. Every time one of our leaders goes promises us some EU reform, they come back with there tail between there legs.
Unfortunately Tobes, the British do at least try to play the game fairly, it's a shame that even the largest other contributors to the EU (namely Germany and France) don't.

Which is why the Tories won't press the button.

As the next few months of uncertainty have a massive effect on the UK economy, then by the winter the effects of this decision will leave many more with voters remorse.

Which gives the political parties the ideal opportunity to overturn the decision via a GE.

No Tory has to step forward and commit political Hari Kari and we can have an elected Govt with a defined manifesto about how to tackle the issue - either by remaining or leaving.

As much as I'd love to see this idiocy overturned, I really don't think it's possible.

I think it's stupid of the Lib Dems to say that, if that's their stated position. Any party that has overturning a democratic vote of the U.K. People as part of its manifesto is risking political suicide.

After all, if they're willing to turn one democratic vote over!.....

Again you're right. The Lib Dem's, in my opinion, are even more irrelevant as a political party than UKIP

I say bring on the recession. **** it, the people voted for it, give it to them. My business does better in a recession and my money makes more money when interest rates are high!
