Supposedly it is being looked into though. They can pay for it whatever they want but if it is deemed above and above market value, which it blatently is, then this element will be taken out of their results for the Fair play rules. If not the whole scheme is absolutly pointless
Lets face it this is MCFC we are talking about, which is a "humanitarian crisis" in itself. If this goes through it will take the money pumped into "the project" to £1.5 billion in the last 3 years!! Admittedly this new deal will not be a lump sum.
