    A terrible opening to the season and some averge predicting to go with it!

    League Reorganisation

    As mentioned at the top of this post some work was needed to rebalance the two division system - now with 8 per division -
    • This means that @Barry Tiger, @Rumney Bluebird and @ccfcremotesupport have all be demoted to Div II based on last seasons perfromance. The end of a historic run for Remote <wah>
    • All of the promoted trio - William (58), Clingo (55) & Frankfurter (51) - returned more points last season than Barry (49), Rumney (49) & Remote (48) so felt wrong to deny them promotion.
    • If we gain any more members throughout the season then there will be a chance for a repreive for either Barry or Rumney (probably based on the results of the last 3 seasons as they havea identical record for last season.
    • Due to the new division sizes, we've moved to a two up two down system, which has a very Scottish football like feel to it.

    Gutted Sheepy, but after last seasons poor performance I am not surprised.

    Anyway, like William, it's good to be top of the league after the first game, even if it is because of alphabetical order!

    The only way is up!

    Thanks FFB. I’d like to say I had been on the lovely islands off the coast of Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand, alas not. I was stuck in deepest darkest South Yorkshire until recently. A long story about my exit strategy from Thailand going pear shaped many times. Now in Vilnius, Lithuania and loving the cooler climate.
