In the video clip you can hear the Norwich fans celebrating presumably just after the penalty shoot out.

How did Dier from the other side of the pitch manage to see or hear his adult brother being "attacked " ?

Why didn't other fans police or stewards intervene?

Very odd situation.

Well he wouldnt have been able to hear it, but he certainly would have been able to see it.
He most likely knew where his family were sitting and was looking at them
