As for companies, many companies have higher sales than the ones you mention and a lot of them have longer names than 3 syllables. As for Hull City AFC having 5, that is a load of bollox. Everyone has always referred to them as just Hull City so he is wanting to make the generally used name longer. If changing a club's name was the catalyst sparking off more commercial opportunities someone would have done it already. Manchester United who dropped the FC to become a brand known as United are now bringing back the FC. But what do they know about marketing in comparison?

Christ. We're playing in Belgium this week. We won today despite the ref's best efforts. We have a good squad. 2 of our new signing looked particularly good.
