Agreed. I cheered. Very proud to have been the major part of his rise. If he'd left on bad terms maybe not so much but after his heartfelt letter I can't help but have an eternal soft spot for him.

Not quite the same, but I still love him. Liverpool have had nothing to do with him, so he is an honorary Saints player for me.
