Not sure on that at all, way too many changes for me but in Gareth I trust.

I would say though there's plenty of pace to catch Belgium on the break which is certainly the place to target them.

    COME ON ENGLAND!

Has 2 advantages. Play marginal players in a game that doesn't matter....keeps them involved and gives extra value to their World Cup winners medal. :) And gives Southgate a chance to look at them. Not many games that are effectively a dead rubber in tournaments.

Fingers crossed the reserves will be up for proving they can play in the knockouts or trying to score worldies they will remember for the rest of their life while the defenders will be told not to tackle and risk a yellow. A nice end to end freescoring match please.

We need to play well, draw, collect more yellows than them, drop into second, then go into the last 16 with our heads held high & have an 'easier' route.

    If Carlsberg did results...........

Clearly Gareth wants Jones to get a couple of yellows incase Belgium play for a draw :)

    How many changes they made?
Got a cheeky bet on yellow cards, also a separate one on 0-0 ;)

This may well be shocker considering the situation with teams content not to score and pick up yellow cards.

I'm hoping we see the opposite though with a bunch of fringe players busting their gut to earn a last 16 place.t

4 I think. And a straight red after a yellow is 5. That’s the Fellaini route I fancy,..

So much for not bothering about finishing second , and it's winning that matters .

What happens if there is an own goal ?

They are trying, and it’s a good game to experiment I’d say. Good to let everyone get a taste of competitive play.
