I did actually know that the hats didn’t originate from Panama, but had thought they were from Colombia, so I googled to check. It’s the sort of trick question that comes up in quizzes.
I have two Panama hats. One scruffy and old which I live in during the summer. The other new and bought to replace the old one which I cannot bring myself to discard.
Wow. And I’m on about he first page after kick off on here! Jeez people you really need to allow a game to unfold. Excellent. Job done very well. Next.
By the way, for those feeling sorry for me as I wasn't drinking due to having to connect up and patch some servers after the game, all done and no issues. Glass of Merlot in hand
The Hawaiian pizza was invented in Canada, of all places. (Powercut in Shirley is stopping me from watching Poland vs Colombia)
Must have been. Missed half the bloody game. But came back on in time for the 2nd and 3rd goals. Colombia play like Brazil should be playing.
So, England and Belgium are level on points, with identical goals for/against totals. If the final match between the two is drawn, it goes to...number of yellow/red cards. England currently tops the group with two yellows, with Belgium holding three. If both teams are trying to avoid the Bracket of Death, we could see the spectacle of two sides trying not to score and hoping to pick up cards.
Luton Town are the Hatters but what kind of hats were manufactured there, I have no idea. They should have a museum in that town tracing the history of the "Hat." Imagine all the tourists flocking to the "Hat Museum?"
