why can't we just play baines on the left wing geezus. it's so obvious, he's left footed and he played more wingback for everton anyway. would fix so much wrong with our team
anyone else notice how the guy who assisted the "Ukraine goal that never was", was offside when he was played the ball in the first place, wont see more than one replay of that though im sure
Definitely over the line, BUT Ukraine's forward was offside at the start of that whole move; therefore it really shouldn't have arisen in the first place and the right thing happened overall.
Well said. The Celt-dominated press will no doubt use the incident to suggest that England didn't deserve the result, regardless of the circumstances surrounding it. Frankly we deserve a bit of luck after 46 years of karma punishing us for arrogant governments, antagonistic FA officials, and the rub of the green during a certain World Cup Final.
i have to say on consideration this situation has highlighted FIFA's case against goal-line technology, you can show the ball crossed the line but you cant tell the ref if there has been a foul, offside whatever. I am pro-line tech however i can see the concerns, this is a great example
My bets have gone great, 43/1 at the start of the tournament, England, Spain, Germany and Czech Republic to win their groups, I bet on it and I win get in there, I also bet on Rooney to score first but did not get the score right, but with Paddy power they were offering money back on all losing first scorer, last scorer, score case and incorrect score predictions, so I get my money back on the other 6 or so bets.
i despair sometimes..... they clearly, irrevocably show that 'the goal that never was' should never have got close to happening as there was a blatant offside in the build up, then spend 5 minutes talking about how england were lucky not to concede as it was a goal.... deary me. As for the game - england seriously need to learn how to keep hold of a football, particularly when ahead, if they are to beat italy. Heart in mouth doesnt cover it...
The legal age for gambling is 18 in this country, Hoadie_Boi... I hope that you're not breaking the law...
My Brother allows me to place a few bets on his account, would not say that is breaking the law as it is not in my name as you can't get it in your name as you need to verify with a passport online if they cannot verify your details through your bank.
I'm afraid that it's very much breaking the law, HOADIE_BOI, and your brother is now implicated in aiding and abetting a minor to commit this crime... This is very serious...I'd advise you to get a solicitor before saying anything further...
