Really need a MASSIVE 2nd half here or this could be another England flop at a major tournament...we should be winning against these guys, but have looked lightweight in that half. I hope Hodgson is working his magic as I type.
We can still qualify if we lose, as long as Italy beat Costa Rica and then Uruguay and we thump Costa Rica - Seemples...

Enngland played quite well againt Italy.....how can they be this piss poor just a few days later? Didn't I read somewhere that Roy said we would be attacking tonight? Or has he been reading Harry's pre-match interviews?
England have looked very nervous and hesitant. The ball isn't being moved quickly enough. Rooney was unlucky with the free kick and the header was slightly behind him and a bit too high. Apart from that he's been poor. Sterling looks like he's been reading all the reports about himself......fatal that. All the back four look very ordinary at this level, but especially Jag and the awful Baines. Gerrard missing the tackle before the goal was unforgivable and Henderson isn't much better than I was!! Uruguay look solid and I can't see us breaking them down. However, they should be down to ten men as the ref completely bottled it.
Third time we get done by a corner, this is pub team stuff. You have a man on the near post to stop that.
Let off on a repeat performance of an earlier in-swinging corner by Suarez - we should have remembered that trick!
Uruguay seem to be going for the kill. Surprising, thought they would shut up shop. We look truly pathetic at the moment.
