I'd just like to put my tuppence worth of England criticism in. Well, the 0-5 win over Moldova consisted of a penalty,a keeper's error and a wicked deflection in the 5 goal win which I thought not very good. So it came as no surprise that we only drew 1-1 against the Ukraine when we were lucky to have had a good goal of theirs disallowed at their ground. England are in crap from and will get hammered by one of the better teams unless this improves. Hodgson's totally the wrong man at this level.

Whilst I far from agree with Some of Hodgson's selections, no manager can make a silk purse out of what is essentially a sow's ear.

What would be the point in feigning injury in rugby, NSIS?
The game isn't stopped for the vast majority of contacts and don't they get treated on the field if they're hurt, for the most part?
If there's no advantage to gain, then it seems an inappropriate comparison, in my opinion.

The game is stopped at the referee's discretion, if he considers the injury needs immediate treatment. Usually, the Ref will stop the clock so there should be no advantage to be gained time wise, I agree. However, there are other reasons for feigning injury such as getting an opposing player in trouble, trying to get a score disallowed, etc.
