I think England are playing really well, hart looks very comfortable, terry has done well. Hope we can keep it up.

1-1. Johnson should have pushed up to put the Swedes offside.

    I'm stunned.

Have to look at the keeper there, the shot was smack bang in the middle of the goal.

Ashley Young is a quality player but was useless, just hope we don't drop him due to the standard English fans over reaction to one performances. Wellbeck had one chance and took it, absolutely sublime. But MOTM was Scott Parker, absolutely superb, carrying an injury and played brilliant still.

I finally saw that mythical world class player called Zlatan Ibrahimovic I'd heard so much about. Best player on the pitch by a mile.

Love it how everyone hates every pundit in the world. We could have Messi, pele, cantona and Peter shilton and everyone would still think they know more about football. Lawrenson bashing is understandable but how can anyone mock lineker and shearer?? Both say things how they are, both point out facts the average joe would never consider, both are bang on the ball every time, and both were better players than anything England have today bar Rooney (although they performed better at international level without a doubt) I honestly think we could have deano and Barmby commentating city games and the lot of you would think they're ****ing stupid ****s who have no idea about anything to do with footy and mock every single thing they say.

Anyway pleased with the result after going behind, walcotts goal top class goal of the euros so far.

thought so too - on both counts .

England just dont have that player who can make you sit up when he get the ball anymore - its frustrating watching England ,
Im bored of Gerrards 30yd diagonal balls into the box - HE was exciting when he ran full tilt at defenders .

Shearer because he is bland and boring. I really liked him as a player but he is terrible on the telly. Lineker is just a smug cunnt. Who has played the press throughout his career. Shagged about like crazy but got away with it due to connections.
My biggest gripe with all of them on the BBC is they all took the easy way out. Not one of them went into coaching and really got to understand the game, Lawrenson a few months at Oxford and Shearer a disaster at Newcastle.

He has always been that good, the problem is because he is so tall and strong the media get on his back assuming he is an old fashion forward like andy carroll but the truth is he has elements of that but his vision and technique are first class so he is more like rooney dropping deep and also creating. At times managers have tried to take that out his game and that was there mistake!
